Right to Return and Exchange:
Our customers can use their right to return and exchange the products within 5 (five) days after receiving them, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. In order to use your right to return and exchange, you can inform us of your requests within the specified period.
Exchange Conditions:
You have the right to exchange the products you want to exchange with a different size of the same product or a different product. The shipping fee for exchange transactions belongs to the sender.
Product Status:
The products you want to return must be undamaged, unused and in resalable condition. The box, labels and packaging of the products must be undamaged.
Refund Request and Process:
When you want to return a product, please submit your return request to our customer service by e-mail or phone. After your return request is approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions regarding the return process.
Return Shipping Fee:
When you use your right of withdrawal, the shipping fee for the return process is your responsibility. However, if the product is defective or faulty, the shipping fee will be covered by our company.
Refund:
After the returned products are checked for damage and suitability, your return will be completed and the price of the product will be refunded to your payment method. The reflection of the return to your credit card or payment method may vary depending on your bank's transaction processes.

When you wish to return a product, we kindly ask you to send the product to our specified address in accordance with the return instructions given to you.
